Join us on the east side of the Manette Bridge (the Manette side) as we peacefully resist tyranny. The Honk & Wave ends at 2pm. We encourage you to head downtown then to attend the St. Patrick’s Day parade. \nThose times when National indivisible events fall on a 2nd Saturday\, those will supersede the local monthly events.
